Refund/Return

  • Available within 7 days after you have received items.
    There're 2 types of return. Both on Buyer's expense.
    - Direct shipping by buyer : Buyer need to send item to seller's return address via REGISTERED POST.
    - Or you can pack and seal the envelope and bring it down to our registered and inform us after you have pass to the counter.

    Return delivery fees vary depending on the reason.
    - Cancel order/Change option : Buyer will be charged a certain amount.
    - Defected/Shortage/Wrong item : Seller will be charged.

    The following criteria must be met for the Return/Exchange to be considered:


    Item(s) in brand new condition as what we have send and MUST NOT BE defaced as in got writing or drawing or whatsoever.

    - Complete as in if Free Gifts, Accessories are given and MUST NOT BE defaced as in got writing or drawing or whatsoever.

    - Tags & Labels are intact and not defaced and MUST NOT BE defaced as in got writing or drawing or whatsoever.

    - Seals on item have to be intact and unopened and MUST NOT BE defaced as in got writing or drawing or whatsoever.

    - Item have to be certified not working after we receive and checked.

    - Items must be in a re-sellable condition and the item's packaging MUST NOT BE defaced or got writing or drawing or whatsoever.

  • Take note we will REJECT any incoming back to us if any of the above criteria are not met.
