EX) Q1. I've put items in cart. Later, I tried to order but I couldn't because they say it's sold out. Why is it for?

A. Items sold out will not be further processed unless there are information on the restock.

EX) Q2. What am I supposed to do if item doesn't arrive?

A. Any Delayed of delivery will be updated by the seller unless customer did not receive the message.

    • - ex4) if customer refuse to respond to seller & refuse to send photos on defect.
