CAN I RETURN/EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
You may return new, unused products in their original packaging within 30 days from the date of delivery or collection for exchange or a full refund*.
*Purchase of sale items are final and cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded. Purchases made using our store gift card / gift certificates are only eligible for exchange.
We reserve the right to reject any returns if item does not meet all of the above conditions and if its no longer in an acceptable condition due to wear and tear, misuse, abnormal usage, etc.
HOW DO I RETURN/EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
Exchange
Online purchases can be exchanged at our warehouse (3 Tai Seng Dr, #06-02, Singapore 535216). You must have a valid order number for your online purchase. Exchanges can only be made to the same product and value, of a different design/colour only. Do contact us before heading down to ensure the design/colour you’re looking to exchange to is available in-store. In the event the design/colour is out-of-stock, we will process a refund for you instead.
Return
We’ve a couple of options for you:
Drop it off at our warehouse at our warehouse (3 Tai Seng Dr, #06-02, Singapore 535216).* (it’s free)!
- Pack your item(s) and a completed Returns Form** together in a parcel.
- Drop your parcel off at our warehouse (3 Tai Seng Dr, #06-02, Singapore 535216) within 30 days from the date of delivery or collection.
- We’ll process your refund within 14 business days from the date we receive your parcel.
Mail it back to us***:
- Pack the item(s) and a completed Returns Form** together in a parcel.
- Send your parcel using a traceable**** mode of delivery to our warehouse (3 Tai Seng Dr, #06-02, Singapore 535216) within 30 days from the date of delivery or collection.
- We’ll process your refund within 14 business days from the date we receive your parcel.
* Please ensure that your return order fulfills our Returns Policy before dropping it off at our warehouse. Our operating hours are Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, excluding public holidays.

*** Customers are responsible for all exchange and return postage/courier fees. We’ll pay the return postage/courier costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
**** It’s important that your return is sent to us via a traceable mode as we’ll not be responsible for any lost mail sent through non-traceable mailing options.
