Order Acceptance
1. When we receive your email order, we shall interpret it as an offer to purchase and reserve the right to accept or reject the offer. We are not liable for any loss, liability or damage suffered by the Buyer arising from the product sale prior to us sending a notice to the Buyer accepting the email order.
2. We reserve the right to limit the order quantity or reject the order, whereby which we will then notify the Buyer. We may contact the Buyer to verify information before accepting an email order.
3. The sale of any Product shall be governed by these Terms of Sale.
Order Cancellation
4. Once we have sent the Buyer a notice to accept the order, the Buyer cannot cancel and email order.
Delivery
5. For all local orders, we shall send products registered mail within 7 working days. For non-registered mail, we shall not be liable in cases of non-delivery. For delivery by registered mail, the Buyer shall bear an additional S$2.00per order.
6. We reserve the right to charge the Buyer for subsequent deliveries, should the first delivery be unsuccessful due to wrong or invalid delivery address.
Return and Exchange
7. All sold products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
8. We do not exchange sold products except where one or more of the following applies:
i) The received product is different from the order
ii) The received product has suffered significant damage in the course of delivery.
iii) The received product is different from our online description.
