FAQ

EX) Q1. I've put items in cart. Later, I tried to order but I couldn't because they say it's sold out. Why is it for?

A. That means the item has sold out before you can make payment. You have placed the item in the cart. But you have not ordered it yet and it has not been paid.  If someone confirms an order with payment before you check out of your cart and make payment, the item goes to him.

EX) Q2. What am I supposed to do if item doesn't arrive?

A. Please contact mojo.ent.llp@gmail.com and state your order number / transaction number / item number, preferably with a scanned payment acknowledgement for the transaction.
