EX) Q1. I've put items in cart. Later, I tried to order but I couldn't because they say it's sold out. Why is it for?

EX) Q2. What am I supposed to do if item doesn't arrive?

A.   If you choose Singpost Normal Mail. under normal circumstances; you could receive it within 2-5 working days but a small number of the buyers may receive
their orders in a slightly longer period of time; 2-3 weeks or even a month.  Postage is cheap but non-trackable.
We provide Singpost Normal Mail option to help buyer save their cost. However, buyers are to take your own risks for choosing Singpost Normal Mail service. 
We will not be responsible for any lost/damage caused by SingPost and we could not guarantee the time/period of the delivery. Buyers have to ensure that the
addresses that you have entered in Qoo10's system are correct. Once mailed out there's nothing we could do. Please also note that we are only allowed to
ship out the orders according to the addresses provided in your Qoo10's accounts. 

For on time, secure and faster delivery please select Qxpress as your preferred shipping/delivery method. Although shipping fee is slightly
more expensive, tracking numbers are being provided and you could receive your parcels in 2-3 working days' time. In the event of lost parcel, Qxpress will be held responsible.

  • All orders will be mailed out according to the address as shown in Qoo10's system.  Request for change in address is not allowed once the item has been sent.

Refund/Return

  • If you want to get refund or return item you received, please apply on my Qoo10.

  •  Not responsible for any lost/damage caused by Singpost Normal Mail. Please check with your nearest Post Office should you didn't receive your parcel.
  • We don't accept the cases below:

    • - ex1) over 14days from purchasing date
    • - ex2) if items are open/used, washed, stained, damaged or tag being removed.
