- Q1. I've put items in cart. Later, I tried to order but I couldn't because they say it's sold out. Why?
- A1: There are limited stocks on hand, and the status of stocks will be updated accordingly.
- Q2. What am I supposed to do if item doesn't arrive?
- a) Products that are Made To Order take at least 16-23 days business days to ship.
- b) Most items are based in a overseas warehouse.
- Tracking number will be provided and Registered Post will be free.
- Kindly contact seller and the issue will be investigated.
- Do note that Post Offices generally do not operate during public holidays.
