Q1. Can I order by telephone or e-mail?
A. Ordering must be done via qoo10 only.

Q2. How to Redeem goods via self-collection?
A. For Self-collection, please wait for our call, and then head down  to the corresponding outlets to collect your item.
    Must bring hardcopy of the Voucher.
    Must carry a valid IC or name proof, which states the recipient name.

Q3. HOW DOES 1-1 EXCHANGE POLICY WORKS?
A. 1-1 exchnage is possible only for selected brands
B. Only valid for the first 7 days from the date of purchase
C. BRANDS which doesn't cover under 1-1 exchange, customer need to contact the service center directly for warranty.
D, Customer need to have complete original packaing during exchange. 

Q4. HOW DOES CANCEL AND REFUND PROCESS WORKS?
A. If the stock is not avaiable for certain model, seller as the right to cancel and process refund through qoo10.
B. Seller has the right to cancel any placed order if the order couldn't be satisfied.
C. Cancel notification will be given only through qoo10 system.
