Q: How long does it take to receive my item? 


A: Dear Valued Customer,


We would like to inform you that our delivery partners are Singpost (normal mail) and Qexpress (door-to-door). Singpost will take 3-5 working days and  Qxpress will take 2-3 working days for the delivery but at times there may be delays, kindly wait for another few more days, and check your letter box if you selected Singpost normal mail.


If you still could not receive your order after 1 week of your payment you may Qpost or email us at admin(at) with your Order or Cart number.

For better communication, please make "inquiry to sell" or email us before file a refund/cancel/non-receipt claims on the system.


Q: What is the difference between Qxpress and Singpost Delivery?


A: Dear Valued Customer,


Qxpress is a registered mail. Normally, it will take 2-3 working days for the delivery; it is safe and fast than the singpost (normal mail). Singpost will take 3-5 working days. We have no corporate social responsibility beyond conducting the operations of Qxpress (Registered mail doesn't mean item will not be lost).
