  2. How do I define my size?
    For product size you can check size cart and if you have doubt, feel free to ask us via QPost.
  3. Does Rianty Batik ship to multiple addresses?
    Yes, we can help ship to another address, but if you want to ship to 2-3 addresses, you have to make 2 or 3 separate orders.
  4. Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched/sent?
    Unfortunately you can’t. We only ship the order to the address written.
  5. How soon can I get my order?
    After you order, transfer, and confirm your payment, we will process the order the next day/in 24 hours. We only ship your order during Monday – Saturday, from 09.00 a.m. until 05.00 p.m. For Sunday and public holidays we don’t process shipping, but we still receive the order.
  6. Can I get my order earlier?
    Sorry, the standard delivery lead time is 5 - 7 working days for international shipping.
  7. I haven’t got my order, it has been late for couple days, where is my order?
    Kindly contact us via QPost, so we can check it as soon as possible.

  9. I have received my package, unfortunately, there is some defect in the product. What should I do?

    Dry clean is the best way to wash your Rianty Batik product.

We do not accept returned items if the item received by customers has complications with its sizing (the exact measurement is provided for you when you click the item you want). However, if the items received by customers have damages we will willingly exchange it to a new one. Return and/or exchange of the product(s) can be made via delivery service courier within 3 (three) days from when the items has arrived, with the original purchase receipt. Please contact us in advance, by QPost and/or submit the proper Qoo10 return form, prior to return and exchange for us to verify in advance, as stipulated in the term. You can return the product that you have purchased from us, with the following conditions:
  1. The product is defective and has not been previously informed to you.
  2. Return item needs to be accompanied with the original receipt as proof of purchase.
  3. The products returned have to be in the same new condition. It cannot be washed and/or worn and/or used perfume, and the label and/or handtag are still attached to the product.
