          Q1. How long is the delivery and who will deliver?

A1. Most orders will be shipped via Qoo10's appointed 3rd party logistics, Qxpress. Once shipped, your order should reach you in 1 to 2 work days.

         Q2. What am I supposed to do if item doesn't arrive?

A2. In the event that your order does not arrive, you may track your order with the tracking no provided by Qoo10.
