Q1. Are your products genuine?

A1. All our products are genuine and from reliable sources. They are either from local suppliers or imported from overseas.

 

Q2. Why are the products marked as sample?

A2. Some products are marked as sample or not for sale item as they are meant for trial or gift with purchase. They are paid goods and are not free products. These products may come with or without the packaging box.


Q3. Is the date stated on the product manufacturing or expiry date?

A3. Most of the manufacturers will indicate the manufacturing date. For expiry dates, it will usually indicate “best before”. Some products may come in bulk packaging where the manufacturing date is indicated especially for loose items without individual packaging. We will monitor the shelve life and ensure that it is safe for sale.

 

Q4. What if I change my mind or I ordered the wrong item?

A4. Goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

 

Q5. What if I receive the wrong item?

A5. If the wrong item is sent, please send us a picture of the wrong item and we will proceed to do an exchange.

 

Q6. Why are the shipping rate different?

A6. Shipping weight varies due to different product dimension and weight.

 

Q7. How long does the delivery take?

A7. Courier will usually take around 3-5 days while Singpost normal mail will take 3-5 working days.

 

Q8. What do you mean by Singpost normal mail is non-trackable?

A8. Singpost normal mail does not come with a tracking code. The general rate of loss mail is around 3-4%. Buyer will need to assume the risk.
