FAQ

Q: Are your items authentic/original/real?
A: Yes, we bring in items from both abroad (using buyers for overseas products) and local registered ACRA companies. This help us to bring cost down, whilst providing a range of products that were once unavailable.

Q: What am I supposed to do if item doesn't arrive?
A: We normally use our in house driver to deliver products. If not, other shipping companies that we selected will be used in the event a last minute accident happens. We will use Qoo10 messaging application to inform you of the shipping method that we will use. If you choose non registered shipping, we are NOT responsible for the item lost. Please top up to mititgate this risk. According to Singpost, up to 30% of non registered mail get lost or gets delivered very late (~12 days). We will not be issuing refunds.

Q: If I don't like the item, can I get a refund?
A: Our refund policy only includes faulty item within a week. We do not accept change of mind, and we require rigorous verification and Qoo10 approval to proceed on with any refunds. We typically include a free 3 working days after delivery is sent warranty to ensure a fair system for both you and our side.

Q: Is the warranty from local distributor?
A: We offer different type of warranties depending on the source of the good. You can read through the item description page to find out if there will be warranty and what type of warranty is available. Most of our items are warrantyless, to lower the cost through no aftersales manpower.

Q: Is the item fake? It has scratches.
A: We try to ensure that all items are flawless, but in the event that the item has some aesthetics issue, we do not refund unless the problem is too serious. Items that we bring in are 100% brand new, but some flaws might be due to manufacturing defects. We cannot cover that. We humbly request that if you cannot accept the risk, please do not make a purchase. Most items will come brand new in box, unless nude/bulk packaging products will not have the retail box set.

Q: xxx item is not working. How can I make a replacement?
A: Simply use Qoo10 inhouse messaging app to contact us, and we will troubleshoot for you accordingly. If it is our fault, be rest assured that a replacement will be sent. Please note that any returns is to our warehouse is covered by buyers at $15 using qXpress.

Refund/Return

  • No refunds are given, only when we cannot solve your issue, then we will issue a refund.

  • Troubleshooting/replacements are given up to 3 working days upon delivery of item. After that, only if you selected with warranty, then it will be entertained. This is to help us provide lower prices.
  • We don't accept the cases below:

    • Over 3 working days, post delivery date
    • Claims due to change of mind
    • Item packaging is torn/product is damaged by buyer
    • Troubleshooting can still be done but buyers insist returns.
