FAQ

Q1. I've selected singpost normal mail and item is lost, how do i track and do I get compensation?

Ans. NoAll normal mail are mailed out at singpost with cert of posting. Cert of posting is a proof where by we keep a copy of the day address we mailed with singpost stamp chop with date. This is to proof that we mailed but no tracking number for normal mail. Thus if item is lost there isn't any way to find/track it. NO REFUND WILL BE PROVIDED thus Courier Qxpress or self collection is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Q2. I've paid via cash, why is the order not approve yet?

Ans. All payment issue please refer to Qoo10, as they are the one handling payment.

 

Shipping

  • Major Shipping company : Qxpress, Ninja Van & Singpost
  • Usual Shipping period: Ship out within 3 working days, delivery takes 2-5 working days for Qxpress Courier, for normal mail it may take up to 3 weeks if delay by singpost.
  • Shipping rate : Shipping rate can differ from item to item. Please see individual item page.

Order cancellation

  • We don't accept any order cancellation request after the product shipped out already.
  • We don't accept any unreasonable reasons of cancellation, any reason should be clarified by the seller.

Refund/Return

  • If you want to get refund, please cancel the order before item is preparing to ship out.

  • If you already receive the item, we don't accept the cases below:

    • over 7days from receiving item
    • if items are open/used or damaged
    • sending item without prior contact.
    • failure or damage resulting from misuse, accident, modification,

      unsuitable physical or operating environment, natural disasters, power surges, or improper maintenance by you

  • refund must be with valid reason
  • Shipping to and fro will be bear by customer.

Exchange

  • If you want to get exchange, please email us at ****@****

  • If the exchange is approve, buyer have to come down to our shop

  • If customer prefer by delivery, Shipping to and fro will be bear by customer.

  • We will only exchange with valid reason and not for used/opened product.

  • For faulty electric products, we accept one to one exchange within 30 days after customer receiving the product. Customer must bring the product to our office for our staff to check the product condition.
