FAQ

Q1. I've put items in cart. Later, I tried to order but I couldn't because they say it's sold out. Why is it for?
        A. The item you were trying to order could be a high demand or a low stock item. The item would have run out of stock while     you were placing the order as there are many other shoppers also trying to checkout at the same time. 

Q2. What am I supposed to do if item doesn't arrive?
A.   You can contact the seller customer service or contact Q10

Shipping

  • Shipping Company : Singpost
  • Usual Shipping period: We ship the items within 24 hours if the order is placed on a weekday & within 72 hours if the order is placed on a weekend or a public holiday. You should receive the items within 5 working days of your order date. In case you do not receive the same, please contact our customer service team at customercare@singpet.com & we will be happy to assist you. 
  • Shipping rate : Shipping rate can differ from item to item. Please see individual item page. 

In-Store Pick-up Requirements

  • All in-store pick-up can be made only during store working hours for In-store Pickup
  • Please bring in your NRIC & Voucher Code copy without which the items cannot be collected.
  • If authorizing a friend or relative to collect on your behalf, provide authorization letter mentioning order details such as Order Number, Customer Name, NRIC & Voucher Code Print-Out. The person collecting on your behalf should also carry their Proof of Identification. 

Refund/Return

  • If you want to get refund or return item you received, please apply on my Qoo10.

  • We don't accept the cases below:

    • - over 7days from receiving item
    • - if items are open/used or damaged
    • - sending item without prior contact.
