Q1. How long is the warranty for Atocare and where is the service centre??

A. It comes with a 1 Year Warranty - covers all Manufacturers defects.

We believe in providing PREMIUM SERVICE, if there is a fault, we will send our technician down to take a look, bring it back for repair and return back to you (TOTALLY FREE) during the warranty period if the fault is due to manufacturer's defect.
If the unit is faulty after the warranty period, we still provide the same PREMIUM SERVICE, however there will be a charge on the parts and servicing, pick up and delivery is FREE.
Office is at Maxwell House, Warehouse at Primz Bizhub @ Woodlands Ave 12.


Q2. How much is the lamp and where is it available?

A. The lamp is a replaceable part, only available at Spa Treasures @ $45 only.


Q3. What am I supposed to do if item doesn't arrive?

A. Email or call us to find out, sometimes delivery will take 1 or 2 days more than usual, due to high order volume.
