Singpost Normal Mail - 3 to 5 working days and note that we will NOT be responsible for any lost products delivered via normal mailas we will do not have visibility & tracking capability for the parcel after posting. All purchases via Normal postage will adhere to this policy. Please ensure that the address you provided Qoo10 is accurate, we will not entertain change in address via 'Memo to Seller'.


Qxpress - 1 to 3 working days and much more reliable as it comes with tracking number. However, as we do not operate Qxpress, lost or damaged goods will be referred back to the shipping company. 



~ Exchange Policy ~


All goods sold are final and non-refundable but are exchangeable (only if damaged) with any items of the same value or less.

Items of higher value will require top-up via Bank Transfer. 

Buyer will shipped back damaged goods upon request of the seller.
