    Shipping Process

    - Upon payment of your order, your order will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days.

    - If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed an additional 2 business days.


  • Shipping Charges



    - Free normal mail will be provided for orders above SGD 50 or free courier delivery for orders above SGD 150. 

    - Please note that normal mail is not traceable and customers will assume liability for all risks.

    - Registered mail is recommended at an additional cost of SGD 2.50 where a tracking number will be provided.
