EX) Q1. I've put items in cart. Later, I tried to order but I couldn't because they say it's sold out. Why is it for?

A.We are unable to accept phone orders at the moment, but you can email your order(s) to us

EX) Q3. What am I supposed to do if item doesn't arrive?

A.Typically, you should be able to receive your item(s) within 3 working days after the package is posted out.
We highly recommend our shoppers to opt for local registered postage which comes with a tracking number that allows you
to trace your item. If you have selected local normal postage and failed to receive your package, please contact
Singpost at 1605 or +65 6841 2000 (when calling from outside Singapore).
