Shipping & Delivery

  • All delivery orders will be processed and delivered to customers within 3 days (excludes Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays) from the date orders is confirmed. 
  • Our courier service will notify customer on the delivery.

  • Please expect a slight delay during peak promotion period. 

Refund/Return

  • We will ensure items are in good condition and will check before pack and deliver out to our customers. However, if customers receive any missing/defective/wrong/expired items, please contact us via Qoo10 Qpost or call our hotline: 6755 7755 within 7days upon receiving your order and we will arrange for a refund for the item.
  • Refund item is subjected to the following conditions:
        - Item must be in original purchase condition. 
        - Packaging of the item remain unopened.
