    Below 3 are the problems encountered since day 1 and non resolved even I went to Sim Lim office once to get it programmed.

    1) Card full message
    2) After 5 minutes of screen shut down mode, the device will record until around 40-45mins, screen will turn back on and stop recording. It doesn't continue recording even car is still running. I have to press the middle button to start record again.
    3) when selecting between "cancel" or "ok"(experienced it in the "format sd card" menu), the device will glitch which resulted having difficulty to select ok. It will go to ok and immediately switch back to cancel.
