    If you received your air purifier working well, all is great. BUT if you got unlucky with a faulty one (like me), this is where you will regret buying from this seller.

    1. The seller is LYING when he said guarantee in Singapore is possible (when you asked about warranty in Singapore). Samsung Singapore DO NOT cover this and charge an exorbitant price for repairing, which seller will not reimburse.

    2. Seller demands you to ship it back to Korea for him to check (Speedpost cost $80-$312 depending on speed) and pay GST (Yes, pay GST to return a defective item.)

    3. You have to bear the risk and cost of return shipping if he determined fault is caused by buyer. (Basically he decides who have to pay the return shipping, obvious conflict of interest here)

    4. Seller takes at least a week for every lame reply that DOES NOT answer your questions, so he skirts around the issues for weeks and nothing resolved.

    5. No pictures and videos of the defective item will help your case.

    6. Because he took weeks/months beating around the bush, you cannot leave any unfavorable feedback on him anymore after period expired. This explains his high ratings.

    7. Qoo10 sg will refer case to Qoo10 korea who will in turn defend this korean seller. There is no recourse for buyers here.

    8. I've lodge a dispute case with credit card bank to chargeback. I've already lost good money in the air purifier, no way will I trust this seller and sink more bad money in return shipping cost & GST. If he can lie about Singapore warranty, can you trust his words on the defects liability? Think.

    9. Last step, since cannot leave feedback I will make sure this warning stays on Q&A page 1 until matter resolved.

    10. In case seller says I'm not real customer, my order no is 153531790. Bought end Sept.

    All buyers, there you go. This is the kind of reply used to beat around the bush in all the weeks of communication with this seller. Response immediate on Q&A but takes a week to reply emails.

    Does not address the issue of warranty in Singapore. If it's true as he claims, why cannot let Samsung Singapore check the cause of defect? Don't check how to know the cause?

    Instead demands you to pay costly return shipping and pay GST to send back Korea for him to check? Obviously lying.

    I don't even know the burden to prove the cause of defect lies with the buyer now based on his reply.

    Ironically still asking buyers check his review (See my pt.6). Anyone with a problem won't be able to leave any unfavorable feedback, due to him dragging on replies until feedback period expired. Nice trick there.

    Hi seller,

    I bought the flash drive from you already. According to the quick start guide, I'm supposed to click the "SanDiskSecureAccessV3_win.exe" file.

    When I click that thing, it asks whether I want to update the software. I click yes. Then it says it has to restart the software after downloading.

    However, after downloading, the thing says it failed to restart.

    What am I supposed to do?
