    We are checking with Qxpress for this issue, and now as we checked driver pick up 12:00pm and delivered to you by 2:20pm.
    It is normal period to delivery to the customer end. The item after pick up, they keep in the cooler bag in their car actually.
    We are also disappointed to this poor service to Qxpress, and after investigate this issue will let you know asap.

    We received two thawed packs and one semi-frozen. There is no way we can put back in the freezer for later consumption. The items had been exposed to potential bacteria which we can’t take risk with. We had to discard them. Had called QX Quick immediately about this and was promised a call-back from the management but received no response so far. Seems like they are trying to avoid responsibility. Why would they deliver frozen items in just a cooler bag under such hot weather conditions! This is our second purchase. Most likely for our first purchase, the same thing happened and we just trusted and put the items into our freezer without checking! Now that we know the delivery hazards, we will stop purchasing from your shop until there is assurance that we will get the item in the same state as when they are being taken from your freezer! Please investigate and give us answer on how you plan to resolve this.

    However, most of Qxquick delivery has just cooler bag in their car that reason is we are using quick delivery shipping method to avoid thawed our frozen foods.
    Actually, Qoo10 logistics has not using refer truck to delivery as Redmart or Amazon.
    Kindly understand this their logistics policy and please check your account for refund amount.

    We have yet to receive the refund. How long does it take?
    We haven’t heard from QxQuick thus far. Horrible customer service. We had ordered many times from Redmart and Honestbee, all frozen items always came frozen, not semi-defrosted and fully thawed! Please pursue this matter with them or don’t work with them to fulfill your orders. Ninja Van will be a better option.
