    However, it is not that we made a copy cat. Ours are genuine product from local PowerPac.

    Dear, it depends on the model. In fact, different brands have different settings. Generally, some brand's temperature setting is higher than other brand. For instance, Aerogaz's temperature is usally higher than Cornell's. Frankly, some customers don't understand the meaning of slow cooker and its origin. What they want is something like normal cooker. They just cannot wait.

    Back to your case, the keep warm function should be as low setting. Just different naming convention? And to prevent food getting burnt, kindly add enough water.
