Hi, I have bought this item from you and may i know when must I change the cartridge and after changed the cartridge and how many times must I filter the cartridge before use ? Pls advise ASAP. Thanks.
For best results, we recommended changing your filter after 2 months (daily use). However, if you have not used it every day and many times in a day, you can continue to use it for a longer period. As long as the usage is not over 40 gallons/150 litres it should be fine.
