Based on your policy "Buyers may request for return of purchased items at any time within 7 days from the date of receipt".
The refund request takes 9 days to close with no progress, the response is very slow, and your side tried to blame me for misusing the machine, I have ensured that the machine is normally used TWICE under a small load, but I'm very disappointed that your side just let us solve the problem by ourselves.
Anyway, I will report to CASE to follow up on this issue.
