Your so-called Ninjavan did not pick up the items, and your so-called q10 shipping did not come with a tracking number. There are other better ways to ship out missing items and replacement items but you chose to take the cheap route.

Ordered 6 packs of diapers, 10 packs wet wipes and 1 bamboo cutlery set. Logistics screwed up and I only received the bamboo cutlery set. End up the cutlery set was broken, poor QC and luckily I didn’t give my toddler to use. Had to badger the customer service in and out of their q10 shop to get any form of response and update. Promised delivery but never saw the light of my missing items.
