    I read the fine print but didn't understand the "** Final shopping fee can be set a combination of item weight and its volume weight". So it means the higher of volume weight or item weight will be used, right?

    I would like to suggest that you actually state that in the bullet point, instead of the current statement mentioning "combination" which is vague.

    I should have found a box that was just the right size! Now I'm going to pay for air. T.T

Your system did not inform me regarding failed delivery. and also when i click on the shipping info, it lead me to a page that says, NOT AVAILABLE. that is why i did not further check, giving qxpress time to deliver. But when i check and saw failed delivery, i make an enquiry to qxpress and your reply was that nobody at home and recipient has to go down to their local post centre to collect. I ask the recipient and she said she and her mother is home everyday, nobody come knocking on their door. Thus this has confirmed that this Qxpress service for overseas is not door to door right?
