Hi, all the hose should come with the rubber O-ring that tightens the knot to prevent leakage, please ensure the rubber o-ring is intact
Hi seller thanks for your reply. Please be informed that my 3 hoses all got the rubber O-ring (washer). After fixing the 3 shower heads to the said hoses for my 3 bathrooms, still leaked (all). Please advise how to solve the problems.
