    It looks like StarHub does NOT have any prepaid cards that last longer than 90 days (see the StarHub web page). I topped up on 30 Jan using this Qoo10 shop (Swift Top up) and this StarHub Happy $18 top-up. My StarHub account showed that my account was extended for ONLY 90 days, NOT 180 days as advertised. This is FALSE advertising. Also, I tried the 1:1 chat but NO-ONE replied to me on that 1-to-1 chat. Terrible service.

    My goodness! You took over 3 weeks to reply (and I actually sent another message in January, after my top showed that validity was only 90 days and NOBODY replied to that message (not on this public page). TWO IMPORTANT questions: (1)WHEN did StarHub change this, and WHY did you not UPDATE your description? Even TODAY you Qoo10 page shows "180 days"----WRONG! Change it NOW! It is false advertising. (2) WHY do you think you can just reply to me like this WITHOUT any apology? As a business, you should APOLOGISE and CORRECT the mistake on your Qoo10 page when you make a mistake. You did neither. When you advertise ONE thing and deliver ANOTHER thing, that is FALSE advertising and there are legal consequences. The LEAST you can do is say "Sorry".
