    I placed an order on 14/4 and you updated the delivery date as 17/4.
    I tried tracking the order via SF Express website but the details were unavailable.
    Wrote to you and you said delivery to be delayed and parcel will be delivered by this week.

    The courier suddenly sent a message on 19/4 (in the morning) to say that the parcel is in the riser outside my unit!
    There was no knock or call and the courier just left the parcel in the riser... it is infuriating.

    I went back to track my parcel since I didn't sign on the delivery note and the details says "collection of parcel-18/4. delivery of parcel; signed- 19/4".
    I did not sign for my parcel... this is definitely not a good shopping experience.

    Yes, as mentioned, the parcel was left in the riser outside of my unit.
    There wasn't a knock on the door, the courier just left the parcel in the riser.
    It is very irresponsible!
    If I wasn't at home at that time, the parcel may have been stolen or misplaced.

    14 Sep - You said you will arrange for a re-delivery within 1-3 working days.
    18 Sep - You said my re-delivery is in process and most probably you will recieve the item by tomorrow
    19 Sep - The items are still not here despite being told since 14Sep and I told you I do not need this anymore
    19 Sep - You conveniently just drop this order and say will refund
    24 Sep - Why is the refund status due to Damaged Item!? And pickup-return was done!?!?

    What could have gone wrong for you to fail to deliver the items a after 22 days?

    Hi there!
    I received the item I ordered but am a little puzzled by the packaging. Firstly, the 2 ends do not look securely fastened. Unfortunately, I'm not able to send you the photos so that you can see what I mean.
    Secondly, the items within the box weren't secured either. Please refer to the photo attached so that you can see for yourself what I mean.
    I've purchased this item more than once previously from Guardian and all the items within the box were securely in place.
    Lastly, I tried the spray but it smelt odd and the fragrance disappeared almost immediately. This too is extremely odd as I distinctively remember this was not the case with the Regaine I bought from Guardian.
