The delivery was acceptable which took less than a week. But the products was faulty. The image/screen was projected with quite a lot of white lines. Other than this defect, the rest of the items such as the clearance, the sound, cables etc were found to be alright. So dear buyers do take note and for your information, if you happen to be the not so lucky buyer ya. I received the product last Friday dated 7.12.18 afternoon and i had proceeded with the testing and checking of the product. The product is found to be faulty (quite a lot of white lines found on the screen). Hence I had took immediate action to send a watsapp message via this phone number shown in the seller website (827795590), however i was been asked to send enquiry to Qpost message or contact seller. With that I proceed again to contact the seller via Qpost message and got the address on Monday, 10.12.18. Unable to contact the seller thru their hotline (63840100) after many calls, as a result i have to go down personally to the given address. Seller had advised me to bring along my product and after which they will checked and verified whether it can be exchange. No timeline provided by the seller. Seller answered was to ask me to wait. So today 11.12.18 I went down again to the seller with the defect product and to my surprise seller ask me to wait for another 2 weeks and is subjective meaning you might not able to get an exchange. Seller also advised not to claim/ complain to Qoo10, this is to avoid longer waiting time (additional 1 week) for the exchange. There is no one to one exchange immediately and I have to wait for weeks. Buyers do take note that the free warranty stated 7 days, so I would advised you to check your product immediately and if it happens to be faulty, report to Qoo10 immediately before the 7 days instead of having the conversation between you the seller. If I have to wait for that additional 1 week, so be it since I have to wait for 2 weeks already. After I report to Qoo10 customer service, their respond is very efficient. And they will help me to liaise with them. I did not file a complain about the seller, my conversation to Qoo10 is just for record purpose. Currently I am in a situation of waiting. So hopefully I can received the product soonest. It was really to my surprise by the seller as they ask me to wait for 2 weeks. Which I think is not acceptable. I purchased the product within a week. The items received happened to have a defect. And I went down personally to the seller thinking that I would have a one to one exchange straight . In actual fact, I was being told to wait for 2 weeks for the claim. Why should I wait in the first place? I doubt this is the right approach from the seller. Buyers do take note ya.Dec 11, 2018
