Super bad experience. I totally regret and blamed myself to be blinded by the low selling price from seller. Below is the timeline of my whole experience...
11 Nov: Order my Switch on 11.11, as stated in Seller’s post. Item will be shipped out on 25 November.
20 Nov: Msg seller on item status. He replied. ‘order confirmed’. Preparation period is 12 days and will try to ship out asap.
23 Nov: Msg seller whether item shipped out as it’s the 12th day since I purchased it. Seller replied, ‘sorry for delay in delivery, we are going to ship it next Wednesday meaning 28th Dec.
25 Nov: November 11 Promotion. Almost all orders have been shipped. It can be tracked from tomorrow or the day after tomorrow. November 11 Promotion. Orders that are not shipped will be shipped next week. (Thursday). Order will be shipped sequentially from November 12th. There have been many orders recently with the qoo10 promotion.
We are trying to send it quickly. Could you wait a little longer?
2 Dec: Ask seller whether my item is shipped out, seller replied 1 day later. ‘Dear valued customer, Thank you for your interest. it will be delayed in stock. Sorry. We will just ship the goods this week. Please wait a little longer.
5 Dec: Item finally shipped out.
12 Dec: Item finally delivered to me after 1 month!
To those who ordered yesterday during 12.12, I think maybe the earliest you can get your item is 3-4 weeks later.
Other than all of the bad experience I shared, luckily the Switch is working fine.
