    bought four Gracebell products and they are of nice quality and looks exactly as per pictures. they came bubble wrapped and sealed in a plastic envelope. the service from the seller however, was patchy at best. ordered the items on 7 Dec, and the seller changed the status to "shipping scheduled 10 Dec" the next day. however, by 11 Dec, there was still no shipping notice. I sent the seller a Qpost asking about the shipping status and got no response. since then, I sent 3 further Qposts over 4 days asking for status updates but was no response at all. it was only after involving the Qoo10 Helpdesk on 15 Dec that I finally got a response - in the form of a status change that the items were shipped later that day. no reply or explanation at all from the seller. hope the seller can improve their service as the products are nice, and it's a pity that my experience was marred by poor service.
