Only 14 out of 16 ordered T shirts received. Informed both Qo10 customers (thru calls and msg)and seller. Seller told me to wait as remaining 2 Tshirts were sent to Despatch Centre. But next day, Qo10 just cancelled and refunded my order. And yet, Qo10 didn't refund me in full. Why deducted return order fees when I didn't even received the two remaining T shirts till todate.?
Before ordering, I also checked to find out about their T shirts sizes but no reply.
Called Qo10 and talked to the same customer svs officer again who said she would checked but never get back to me at all.
Overall, poor customer svs on seller side as well as ABSOLUTE poor Qo10 customer service too, which I had experienced a number of times already!! Also much hidden costs for their items.Dec 06, 2018
