    I ordered a brown one. Seller msg me to tell me that brown one is out of stock. So I get to choose a grey and purple one. I picked the grey one. But when I received the item after waiting for like 2 weeks, the item doesn't look grey to me. It is not what the picture looks like. The size chart is also not accurate, making me order a size bigger. So now I am left with a legging which I can't wear and a color that I dun like. The material is also not worth for the price I am paying for. Really disappointed

    Ordered on Apr 11 and received on Apr 24. Took about 2 weeks but still acceptable. Bought a top, a cardigan and a pants. A little pity that two of the items i ordered the colour i wanted was out of stock so i got to change to other colours. Overall i’m still satisfied and will be back soon :)

    This isn't my first nor second time buying from OB Design. Frankly, I like their products, both quality and range of varieties. However, the entire buying experience got from bad to worse starting from the previous purchase in Feb, and the recent one on 31Mar. I ordered 2x pants of different colors on 31Mar, on the next day, the delivery was scheduled for 9Apr. On 2Apr late afternoon, someone messaged me to apologize n say one of the two colors ordered was out of stock. So I chose Deep Blue out of the "leftover" colors. 24hrs later, I received another message saying the other color (black) was out of stock too!! I remembered checking the stock balance on Qoo10 the day before, then I checked again right after this 2nd message fr them, both showed that there were still many pcs left! I was forced to choose the same Deep Blue color again cos there were only "Curry Green" and "Deep Blue" to choose from. I was really holding my anger and wished that they quickly ship out the goods n will never want to go through those hell again. Goods finally received on 16Apr, more than 2 weeks after purchase. And the Deep Blue color that I was forced to accept looks like policeman uniform or school uniform colors. What a sad story. In my previous purchase, I also ordered 2 pants fr them. They sent both but one of them was in the wrong size. Guess what? I wasn't in the wrong, and yet I had to go to Post Office to buy a smartpac package and send the wrong size item back to them. I only had 7 days to do that (not 7 working days, mind you). This Post Office near my place ran out of smartpac package, n I had to take a train down 7 stations to get fr SingPost HQ to get it and send out quickly, cos I've only got 7 days. Why am I being "punished" for a mistake I did not make? All bcos of the lousy customer service they hv. Good products, so what? I had enough of your nonsense. This is the worst n only vomit-blood experience I ever had in Qoo10. Never again will you see my order.
