Order two pants size L, realised it was too big so request for exchange to Size S.
Seller request to transfer of $3.99 for delivery charge to his UOB account and suggest I sent the items by Smartpac which cost me $3.80 to their address in Bukit Batok. I even attached the transaction slip and a instruction note for the exchange.
As at to-date I have not received my exchange items. Send numerous inquiry they said will check and update, keep repeating the same message, really very poor customer service. Now they ask for the tracking number which I send a photo of the parcel with the Tracking number and they claimed they did not receive the return items. I have checked with Singpost Smartpac Tracking online and also personally called Singpost. Item was delivered on the 25/07/2017.
I do not know how long I still have to wait.
