Received the vitamin E bottles in a thin and flimsy plastic packaging, no bubble wrap, zero protection.
Messaged seller, waited a couple of days but no reply given. Exact message:
Hi seller, I've received the vitamin E. my family would like me to check with you, are the vitamins capsules meant to be "oily" inside the bottle? all the vitamins including the insides of the bottles are smeared with oily residue. feels very oily when we touch the capsules too. is that normal? thanks.
my mother and I took the vitamin E bottles and went to ask Watsons, Guardian and GNC pharmacists and staff, they said that excessive exposure to heat (guess the seller didn't store the vitamins properly) probably caused the soft gels to stick together and perhaps turn oily. since it expires 2020, should be safe to consume as color did not change.
this is my first and last purchase from this seller.
