rate: 25Long wait!
Waited close to 6 weeks for item. Seller first contacted me to inform me that item was out of stock and new stock would arrive in 2 weeks or l could change to another item. I decided to wait. Even though seller has no stock, they still change my order status to 'shipping on delivery'. After a couple of weeks, this was automatically changed to 'delivered'. I contacted the seller and they informed me this was done by Qoo10 and not by them. Eventually after more than a month, seller informed me stock has arrived and they have sent it out. Since it was sent by normal mail, no tracking was available. l finally received it when a neighbor a few doors away picked up the parcel outside their door. Apparently the postman dropped it! I could so easily not have received it. And since any non-receipt claim has got to be filed with Qoo10 within a week, if l had not received the item, l would have no means of filing a claim since item was 'delivered' weeks ago. I will not buy from the same seller again as l feel they should not change the order status to shipping on delivery when they don't have stock. This left me without the choice to cancel the order, and in the event that I do not receive the item, l have no means of filing a non-receipt claim. All in all, not a good experience.Oct 20, 2017
