rate: 25Wrong item sent + poor customer service
Ordered 3 items n 1 item was wrong. They sent a way lowered value item. After 3 weeks an I'm still trying to get the items changed. Will not be in time as a Xmas gift now.
very disappointed that they insist I do my own courier to return the product. Can't believe that I'm made to pay additional for their mistake.
Probably 1 in 10 kind of error, but will not take my chance with them ever. Very slow and poor customer service.Dec 22, 2018
