rate: 1001 extremely poor staff but good product
Bought for S$580 on 24Aug18, self collected on 6Sep18 (price before credit card and shopback discounts). Took 2 full weeks after taking the trouble to travel down and self collect. When I arrived, I wasn't the only one angry about the delay. I choose this store because the shop was at lavender and they offered Qexpress and 6 months local warranty. I wonder if they can live up to the warranty now.
- Called at least 14 times, 2-3 times a day after a week of ordering since no response online.
- Male & female Singapore staff were friendly and promise things within their means even though there was a genuine delay of 2 weeks
- EXTREMELY POOR attitude of a foreign (I guess is Filipino) female staff. Each time I called, she tried to brush me off with a different excuse, hoping that I didn't remember or tried to lie to me. I am not discriminatory, but JTBC should consider retraining this foreign staff. Provides inaccurate information and displayed a complete lack of her company's ordering, delivery processes and offered solutions like "I can cancel your order now if you want". Makes no attempt to understand the customers' queries, do not take down notes on information, lazy (saw her left office with her bag at 5pm sharp while her other 2 local colleague is attending to a few disgruntled customers).Sep 22, 2018
