Items were ordered on 30 Sep and seller reached out to me on 4 Oct to inform me of out-of-stock items. Seller sincerely apologised for the inconvenience caused and a refund was also given immediately for said items.
I then put in a separate order on 4 Oct to replace the out-of-stock items and checked with the seller if it’s possible to mail out all my purchases from 30 Sep and 4 Oct together.
Seller promptly replied to inform me that not only were they able to do that, they were also giving me a complimentary upgrade to Qxpress delivery and I received all my purchases on 6 Oct in tip-top condition.
Items were true to the colour of the images provided by the seller on their shop page. I will definitely order from MerryKnot again.Oct 07, 2018
