rate: 50Neutral...Seller though we lying
Make an order on 3rd May'19 opt for self collect as the collection near my home well guess it not a good idea..Haaiizz...Only can collect after conformation call from Seller..On 7th May '19 Seller/CS call she very polite and friendly ..Inform can collect from Mon-Sat within 1 mth period..However today 11th May'19 i notice my 'pickup voucher' had been click as 'EXPIRED'(refer to pic)..Call Seller again to confirm and someone by the Cindy assure me that it shouldnt be an issue as its not over a mth period..Went down to the shop upon showing my app to the sales guy(chineseguy) he immediately find my item and he even address my name so from here its confirm that i havent collect my order but this lady at the from desk (didnt record her name) seem not happy..Come on my item is at ur shop together with my invoice inside the box so u wanna tell me that im lying!!..But lucky for me Cindy help me to resolve the issue...what a pathetiC front desk lady!!..She only know how to keep repeating "i need that,i need that"(when i show her my QOO10 app)
AND HELLO QOO10 PLEASE DONT AUTO DELIVERED/COLLECT YOUR APP BCOS OF U PEOPLE, SELLER MIGHT THINK WE WANNA CHEAT & LYING TO THEM..
TO BOTH SELLER & QOO10 REMEMBER THIS,....WE CONSUMER BUY ITEMS USING OUR HARD EARN MONEY SO DONT TAKE US FOR GRANTED!!
