This seller made me wait for close to 3 weeks for my item. I ordered one item on October 11th and I only received it on October 27th. During this time, I constantly message the seller everyday to ask for a tracking number since it is delivered by Qxpress. The seller did not give me a tracking number until about 15 days later and only did so after I did a report to Qoo10. They told me that they will give me a $2 refund or a free gift as compensation. I asked them when will they refund me and they said to simply inform them once I received my item and they will proceed with the refund. I received my item on the 27th and since then, I have been asking them when will they process the $2 refund that they promised. They ignored my countless prompts and even when I started a new chat with them, they completely ignored it. Popular5 is lacking in honesty. They promised something that they are not willing to follow up with and thus, I am leaving this negative review followed by a report to Qoo10. I had such a bad experience with this seller, it's my worst experience so far. I always have positive experiences here and this is the only bad one I've had. I have to prompt many many times before the seller even give a decent reply and now, after receiving my item, they literally left me hanging without fufilling their promise. Hands down do not recommend buying from this shop at all. Extremely dissatisfied with the service this shop has. This is my first negative review on this site which proves that I really had a horrible experience with them. Keep in mind: I waited 3 weeks for my item with no tracking number until the last two days and they completely disappeared and ignored me once I received my item, refusing to do what they promised which is to refund $2 as a compensation for the bad experience. I will never purchase from this shop again and I highly recommend anyone to purchase from elsewhere. It's simply not worth it to let yourself go through 3 weeks wondering where is your item and being treated with such dishonesty after. Extremely disappointed. Thought that they'd be professional but they aren't.
Update: The $2 is refunded and they said they did not reply because of weekend off!Oct 28, 2018
