rate: 50ULTRA LONG DELIVERY
Almost 1 month before I receive my order. What is more annoying is the fact that seller updated the qoo10 status as dispatched the day after payment made but did not inform me that he is unable to process the order due to high volume of orders he have. After few weeks of non receive I get worried because listing on qoo10 side indicates 10 sold but this listing have 0 reviews. Only after I asked seller on their Q&A section then he told me he haven't post out my order. I am also a qoo10 seller thus I know that seller should only update as dispatched on our QSM only after we actually dispatched the order. Late dispatch seller will lose 1 points of credit per order once below certain points then seller cannot list non tracking delivery because qoo10 concern about customer service quality and cannot trust seller to process order on time thus requires tracking to avoid dispute. After seller raise credit points up can list non tracking delivery again.
Because my previous sunblock is completely used up and this order have no signs of arrival thus I end up paying retail price for a biore sunblock cos I am desperate thus won't be able to use this till I finished my current tube. So I cannot comment on this product yet.
